Front Steps
It’s often the little things that count. Your APL Foundation noted that the Carnegie’s front steps were looking a bit careworn. So we had Fitzpatrick Painting come and power wash the steps and repaint them. Nothing fancy, but they do look snappier.
Yes, they did become a little bit slippery, in this wet weather, but building maintenance was on top of it and had added some non-slip strips to the steps.
The revamped landscaping and the painting of the steps caused us to note that a power washing of the entire façade might be a good idea, so we have added that to our list of things to do to keep the Carnegie a shining light in Albany.
